As we know that there a software that crash your server, but actually I don't know what is the solution in order to stop that crashs and make your server fully protected from such attacks.

Do you reffer to the flood attacks?
If yes, please update to 0.3.7 or check this thread.

Are you using the 0.3z R4 server package? Make sure it's R4 and not R2.
