Hello would anyone please tell me how I would set up loadsc1-14 as my startup screen on when I join my server?

You've goto use Textdraws, now I'm not going to sell you how to specifically do it as there are already a few tutorials out there on Textdraws and using sprites in them (As little information I gave, I hope it helped).

you mean when you connect to server you want to cut off the screen or what ?

Yeah using one of those loading screens when you play singleplayer
