It seems to always be those bots.
It works fine on debian 7.
0.3z R4 (I even redownloaded the binaries)

Well I don't think anything has been changed recently within the file. Try pressing the "debug" button and see what results you get from the VS debugger(assuming you have it).

I think you may need to re-record these, just as it may be faster in some cases than getting the answer as such.
Maybe simply record some test ones and run them.

do you have 0.3z R2 server?
I guess there was some bug with plugins and amxString thing, not sure tho.

Ok this issue continues to happen. Today I attempted to start my server and was spammed with conhost.exe and many samp-npcs closing and opening simultaneously.
How I fixed this:
I disabled my NPCs from connecting in OnGameModeInit and made them connect after.
I only use npcidle and the air and train bots.
