retexture help - Trevor Gin - 08.04.2015

hi, when I add map with retexture or tmpobjid = something like that:
tmpobjid = CreateDynamicObject(2146,-45.830,142.130,998.549,0.000,0.000,-89.580,-1,-1,-1,400.000,400.000);

im getting error why?
