Used this one before my other build, I would recommend it but I'd rather let it off to someone more specialized in it.

Would you recommend it for a AMD R9 280 3GB graphics card? because i don't want no bottleneck.

That mostly depends on your CPU, post the rest of the specs to find out. (:

That motherboard won't work with your CPU.

Good for telling me lol can you find me one that's good around that price and supports my CPU.
I just don't want to buy one and not work which will be very disappointed.

A general advice: check other stores before buying PC stuff at amazon. For most hardware amazon is up to 10% more expensive than specialized online computer stores.
The motherboard you mentioned in the OP is just 92Ђ in my common store, and thats 25% cheaper than on amazon.

I use an ASUS M4A79T which, back in it's day, was a great motherboard (still working, no issues other than out of date).
This looks promising and is on the nose of your budget.
This is a list of compatible motherboards.
The type of motherboard you're looking for is anything with AM3 or AM3+ socket type.
Edit: didn't account for currency exchange

Why exactly do you want to upgrade? I would only consider these reasons: a shortage of expansion slots or outdated standards (SATA 2 still, no USB3 header, ...).
