Example:
Server:Ls-rp.com:7777.
Someone might help me pls ?

Sure,if you mean server ip with words not numbers,then go to the hosting company that hosts ur server and there will be an offer for a custom IP,if not then contact them,and u will have to pay extra money.

This is called DNS if I'm correct. There are free DNS hosts. But not with .com I think. Check out www.dot.tk or noip.com , never tried it before but I think it's that.
