Sweeper Job - rootcause - 30.03.2015

This filterscripts adds a Sweeper Job, so players can keep San Andreas clean! All you have to do is find a Sweeper, get in, press 2 and start cleaning. You'll get paid based on distance you've cleaned when you leave your Sweeper.
