I would like to know it's possible to change email address without comfirm that change in old one? Because my old one no longer exists.

Usercp > Edit Your Details > Edit Email & Password and then enter your new email address.

Changing it in the control panel will need a confirmation with the old mail address (I guess), and as he said it doesnt exist anymore.

Id suggest to contact a mod, they are the only ones who could help with that by changing the mail manually.

You don't need old email to change to new one. That's why it's also easy to hijack account if you know the password.
