Hello.
Well ive just created an roleplay game mode but i was interested on
a criminal offenses system which means when someone gets jail he
will be added on his criminal list. its like a mdc but i donk know to make it.
is this a mysql thing ?!?

MySQL is a way of storing data. Yes, it can use MySQL or file-based data storing like Y-Ini.
To make the system first you have to learn how to script. Check tutorials :coughs on the subject. There's also a thread to post in if you want someone to do it for you (looking for). Best of luck!
