Where can I find this object ID for the jersey I am trying to incorporate it for a clothes store but cant seem to find it anywhere.

I am talking about the red and white saints jersey of course.

It's a Jersey that has saints written on it. I've seen pics of it from cutscenes and people have said it is an object but I cannot find it

Look there too and its no where. It makes no sense because I have seen it before.
