Do you have any ideas which may cause the crash?
Did you make any changes to the GM or added new plugins?

I have a clickable textdraws system. But long ago I have. The last insert that made this system was the implementation of a while loop.

If it continues to give you trouble start over.
Does this happen when the server starts, or when it's up and you're playing?
If it happens on startup, list your plugins (If any). You could need to re-download them and the server package, to verify they aren't corrupt.
If it happens whilst playing, what causes it to crash?

The bug occurs when a player gives the command / buy. He freezes the server and all players fall.
I thought that might have been an infinite loop, but in this case there is no way, because there is a control variable.
It may be that the player be doing a flood of TextDraw clickable, causing a huge number of loops... but might not come to the case.

I'd say it's something in your script doing it...
Other than that, are any plugins hooked into the buy command, like I'd suppose that sscanf is in there... Maybe your syntax is wrong in there.
Is it confirmed entirely that /buy is doing it? (Like, so far as one person on the server crashes the server definitely by using /buy, and not just "happening" at the same time as someone typed /buy)
