Simple Help about Offline Status - SWAT4 - 21.03.2015

I Mean by Offline Status is For example Im using MYSQL and there is a Donation button for donate, Player clicks on donate and fills all info, But wondering I saw in a server the Donation package comes instantly after the player donates, How? Is it simple? Any examples

IPN. Very hard to do right and disastrous should you get it wrong.
