Warning(s007): Exception 0xC0000005 at 0x593C6F - Juvanii - 21.03.2015

Hello guys! This warning is about houses furniture, some of houses loads with no furniture. I searched alot on the internet for a solution of this warning and i found none. Alot of people had the same problem and no one got a fix.
if somebody please could help me fixing this warning up i would appreciate it.

There could be many solutions

This warning for example is for invalid tuning component, as i have faced this crash already.

Therefore, could be object limit crash -> https://sampforum.blast.hk/showthread.php?tid=257587

Or any invalid map object, map invalid id.
