use tcpdump and trace the IP which is attacking your server and simply drop all connections to the IP via firewall if you get too many ip addresses you can also use IPset and simply create a like attackblock set and drop all IPs via firewall on that IPset.

NFO has great support, perhaps you should use it? If you already have, you should give more information, it seems you're saying that the VPS is up during the attack but SA-MP isn't.

Attacks cause no harm to vps , all they do is drop the Server samp
