[HELP ASAP] gta_sa.exe isn't working/opening. - cluckernine50 - 18.03.2015
Going to make this as brief as possible.
I was running on Windows XP yesterday & I upgraded to Windows 7 Professional. I re-downloaded GTA:SA from the internet through a mediafire link. It comes with the basic files/folders, here's a picture ( http://prntscr.com/6ifvxe ) - I extract all of it into a folder located on my Desktop & install SA:MP 0.3z - Afterwards, I click on a server > Click "Connect" > & NOTHING happens, it's like I never clicked connect. the gta_sa.exe doesn't pop up in my processes on the task manager or nothing. I need this fixed ASAP. I have no modifications or nothing. It's a CLEAN gta directory with a newly installed SA:MP client. i've tried rebooting my computer, reinstalling the directory, reinstalling the sa:mp client. everything.

Try downloading a different pirated version over a torrent.
I had a version that wouldn't work too, I downloaded from an another link and it worked.

Run as admin then, but anything else, is going to be stonewalled since you openly state you copied the game.

not really helping me.. i don't have the money on paypal or anything online to buy something.
i've downloaded gta sa a billion times without buying it and it's worked fine but now it isnt. i need help please.
i even tried installing a totally different gta directory etc.
