Samp freeze - Magge - 15.03.2015

Hi guys, i have a huge problem.. Whenever i join a server, after 5 minutes of playing, samp simply freezes my whole pc and i have to restart it... Any ideas?

I've encountered a similar issue in the past, only that SAMP was freezing in 10 seconds after loading screen.
My problem was caused by the video card, but I didn't fix it until now.

Do you have problems with other games too, or only with SAMP?

This just happens on samp.. every other game just works perfectly.

make sure you don't have any mods installed and if you have backup of the game then re-install it

1 - Delete GTA San Andreas Folder Locate "My Documents"

2 - re-install the game

3 - make sure you download correct version of SA:MP software

4 - remove mods (if you have)

If reinstalling isn't working, and/or your hard drive is more than 3 years old, download CrystalDiskInfo and see the condition of your drive, never hurts to check anyhow. I usually do when people bring their machines for maintenance

How can people not know about how fragmentation affects programs?


To OP: Defrag the drive.

Also what mods you using?

I'm not using any mods, and my hard drive is like 1 year old
