Is there a Red Carpet? If it exists, I really need the ID. If not, then can somebody tell me how to make an object red?

Just find some object that is the size of the carpet you need and paint it in red or apply some red texture (i would apply red texture as it will look much better)

Which object shall I use to make full red, without any little shadows on it or something like that?
