Introduction:
I present my first filterscript (Rcon Control Panel), It took me 2 days to search, fix error
and test.

» Load/UnloadFS
» Change Gravity
» Reload Bans/Log
» Weburl
» Restart
» Change Mode
» Change Rcon Password
» Friendly Control
