help about my server! - sa-mp cro - 30.11.2008

hey all.i have problem.how to get it online(my server)?
and its everything ok?(look at the pictures)i was see the turotal "how to get it online"and that dont help.
pls help me.admins sry about my themes.but i wanth to have my own server.
my ip of server is 127.0.0.1:7777(that is local?)

EDIT:and did you see i need have all time opened "samp server"(down at the picture)
when i close that program its write me "server shutting down" why?

You can ask to any friend try join on your server,get your IP external by this link http://www.ip-adress.com,give this IP for any friend test if not working it means that your router is has no port forwarding configured,then you should find your routers manual to make a port forwading

127.0.0.1:7777 is your localhost IP you won't do any server-ing with this. get your real external IP

duh - that's the server program. you need to keep it open for the server to be active.
and when you shut down the server (close the program), it says exactly what's happening - server shutting down
