Tried to change the resolution and brightness and everything but doesn't affect anyhow. I tried to install Dizz Nicca's ENB yesterday but I couldn't even run SA:MP after that so I uninstalled it completely, deleted my GTA SA folders and all before. Why is it looking like this? Like some cartoons or plastic, what the heck. Any help?

Change your resolution in Display Setup > Advanced from:
??? x ??? x 16
to:
??? x ??? x 32

yes, you must change to 32 bits

Remove all config files, and reinstall GTA SA if the issue continues...
This is why it says about Mods and how they aren't supported on the SAMP forums as they're not supported by SAMP in the first place.
The other is that they start causing problems such as this, and can break games.
