Accounts don't save on windows host - $Bayside$ - 09.03.2015

I've moved to a new windows host, and before this I've been using linux. I've experienced this on my home host that accounts do not tend to save. They save on linux hosts but not windows, and I've already set and purchased everything on this host, does anyone know a solution to this problem?

So make sure you chmod your folder and make sure the account has permissions to alter and save the accounts.

on your FTP client right click a folder normally its file permissions or folder permission or simply chmod, your permissions should be 700 for folders.

No luck, however the rcon tells me that the streamer include is a version behind or ahead of the plugin, could the streamer include/plugin be causing this?
