SAMP exception at 0x00534134, not on list of exceptions - AcId n RaPiD - 08.03.2015

It crashes right before the samp loading screen completes. Any ideas on what may be causing this? i've tried every possible thing that I can top off my head. Changed the folder to 'GTA San Andreas 2', ran samp as admin and already have gta version 1.0.

Tried deleting gta_sa.set ? Any mods installed?

i consider re-installed every thing (SAMP, GTA) And Delete the Gta and samp save files at Docs...

and try after re-installing.
