It should be one of those object's writed below:

1651, od_copwindows
19325, lsmall_window01
19466, window001

And I'd advice you to use this Map Editor, instead of MTA.

There are not even included those window objects, which I've mentioned before.. well except ID 1651. You can really find more in the Map Construction Editor itself.

It's ID 19325. I know because I know the guy who mapped it, and worked with him on a few things
