Server Not Responding - Zack9764 - 29.11.2008
Can't get my server to respond. My friend is hosting it and it appears on my SA:MP list but I can't connect I get:
Server didn't respond...
Retrying to connect to <IP Here>
Or something like that. Help??
I've tried a few things but didn't work. Tell me all the possible solutions please.

Maybe he has 0.2.2 R3 and you have 0.2X

Does this happen on every server? Or only yours?
I suggest Reinstalling Samp 02X

It's not my server. It's my friends. And it's only on his.

Does he is giving a valid internet IP? He get the IP by the link http://www.ip-adress.com if still not working then his ADSL router needs be configured to forward the port
