An exception occured - Dredd - 02.03.2015

Since a few days I can't launch GTA SA, SA-MP or MTA for a unknown reason.
I tried to uninstall SA-MP, GTA SA and MTA and re-installed it all again without any luck.

Because the problem really started to bother me, I reпnstalled my windows (Windows 10 PRO Technical Preview) but still, same thing.

It's really strange, when I connect to a server it doesn't even load anymore, it shows this exception:
(Yes, it's the same with all versions of SA-MP, and no GTA SA neither works -> but doesn't even give me an error, it's just doing nothing, yes I tried to run it as administrator, yes I tried to change the compatibility settings, and yes I have GTA SA on a disk and is not illegaly downloaded, I don't have any mods, cheats or CLEO,...)

you followed attempted to enter? to see if the error continues.. maybe can be a verifying any incompatibility with your windows, depending on which windows have..
