Mute System (Nothing difficult/new) - AroseKhanNiazi - 02.03.2015

I scripted this a long time before but never used it, just used it in new server which was in testing, still scripting. But i thought of releasing it as i am not using it.

• Be Sure to add your admin level at the place where i commented in the command (!IsPlayerAdmin..)
