i cant upload plugins, it says : Access denied to the following plugins : whirlpool sscanf mysql streamer nativechecker
its a windows host, and even when i tried to upload the .so versions it didnt work, not my server cant run cuz of no plugins , im using SmartBytesHosting.com

Upload the .dll versions, also doesn't SmartBytes have a mod manager area where you could install these? (Some hosts offer this).

neither the .dll nor the .so worked ,, lemme check mod manager

it shows that some are installed while they're not at the plugins folder, since i deleted it and tried to create a new one

Try to change hosting provider, because SmartBytes does not give all permissions on upload with FTP.
I suggest for you Dzeasyweb or Vortexservers.

dzeasyweb looks more like a self-advertising shitty company rather. get yourself a linux VPS at a much more affordable price and host a SAMP server from it.

Well, You could aways open a support ticket on SmartBytes and await a response, and deleting the "plugins" folder may have messed it up.
