Server help! Server keeps D/C'ing - Lemerz - 27.02.2015

Hello,
My game says that the server is restarting, But in the server logs it says the players have left!
I don't know what the issue is with my server, Can you help me Thanks!

When a server restarts, The players leave and then rejoin, Its thing with sa-mp, You have to leave and rejoin for it to work again.
