Make sure the linux version of the pltgin is matching and compatible with the client and the script.
UM, why not use r39?

I don't use R39 because it's not compatible with my Gamemode
As i've stated above, When i'm starting in windows there's no problem , i'm using mysql r5
But in Linux this errors are the problem!

OK. We must run a simple script with mysql linux plugin first. Get a simple mysql gamemode or script and run in linux. Use print for detecting success.

Mysql R5 and its include?? i can't find any
