First You will need a gm to start with,thousands of them can be found in Gamemode Scripts

Second Set yourself from the scriptfile folder of the script u downloaded in the users file or Ur name.ini file

Third there's tons of free hosts (not recommended)
Try home-hosting it or buy a paid host..

How i can use Admin CP in the server? because i can't use /recon login i type it he says you are not aintozend to use this command?

Set the rcon pass from the server.cfg 'rcon_password'
If it didn't work set yourself from scriptfiles - users - yourname -Edit the 'admin' line to 99999 or something

Use "/rcon login password" to be an RCON administrator, you can find the password in your server.cfg file.

Go to your server's folder > server.cfg.
Open it with Notepad and search for 'rcon_password' line.
Copy it and head in game.
Press T and type /rcon login CTRL+V > press enter.
