Help me - Shadow5 - 21.02.2015

When I try to make a new thread On ''Server advertising'' Section it Says this :

P.S : I Registered in November 2014 and I already have 1 Rep then ,What's the Problem ?

I think you need 15 reps, when you do 15 reps, you gotta wait like 24 hour, and it will work it happens to me also.

You should need to 15+ Reputation for Advertiment.

You need 15 reputation points, to post a thread in Advertisement section, and wait 24 hours, as somebody said. And, then you're done.
