Infinitive Intro + Enabling Auto Repairing via CMD. - Goosie - 16.02.2015

Introduction
Hello, the reason why I personally decided quickly doing this is because
I have created this forum account, to gain some reputation around
SA-MP forums but also hopefully become a bigger and better scripter towards the future.

What does this script do?
This script instantly refill your NOS, it is just personally the best idea for drift servers.
The other part of the script is where you can enable auto repairing for any vehicles your vehicle via ('/autorepair').
There is nothing complicated in this script, I haven't tested it but I don't believe that there is any issues with it.

Usage
You can disable/enable the automatic vehicle repairing via ('/autorepair')
There is NO command for disabling/enabling Infinitive Nitro because its automatically enabled.

Found plenty of bugs by just taking a peek at it. Is it OK if i post a fixed version of it?

You start a timer for a player as soon as he connects to the server, why not set a timer when the player actually types the command and then stop it again when he wish not to have it on?
