Put that line somewhere inside a callback, function, whatever. You're probably having that line somewhere outside any function.

Zone[TEAM_GROVE]0 = GangZoneCreate(MinX, MinX, MaxX, MaxY);
must be
Zone[TEAM_GROVE] = GangZoneCreate(MinX, MinX, MaxX, MaxY);
You have an extra '0' right before the '=' which doesn't belong there.
Also, next time please specify the line numbers, it's easier for us to debug your code.

At line 173 you need to add coordinates so change x,y,z to the coords.
At line 174 you need to delete x,y,z , and follow below
CreateDynamicCP(Float
, Float:y, Float:z, Float
ize, worldid = -1, interiorid = -1, playerid, Float:distance = 100.0);
And what I have notice is that you don't put in the coordinates dude, so at X,Y,Z you should put the coordinates.
