Why not just host your channels on a network that already exists? Lots of us here use irc.tl - it's owned and run by SA-MP players

Because IRC networks are often used for illegal activities such as warez and botnets etc. It attracts DDoS attacks etc - providers don't want to deal with that.

It takes like 3-4 commands, compile IRCD and then configure it.

Please note you need a very stable server to host an IRC network.
