Since my FPS isnt good, where can i download unlimitedfps.cs? I heard some people have it.

Your FPS is mainly limited by your GPU.
And if you're buying a new PC, please, be smart and don't buy pre-built. There are a lot of shops and websites that will help you build it yourself and save a lot of money.
