So i need a bit of help?

The forums rules state that when you have a reputation of 15, you can post on the server advert section, well i got 15 but how comes i still cant post? is there a waiting time or? something i need to do? or can someone just clarify that for me real quick?

You need at least 30 posts as far as I'm aware. May be 50 though.
