First of all you'll need a dedicated server.
Once you have acquired that:
http://openvz.org/Quick_installation
Install OpenVZ, easiest way to make VPS's.
Or you can use Feathur, which will be much easier: https://github.com/BlueVM/Feathur/wiki

Why don't you just buy one like the rest? then you can start a hosting company or something but remember it must be big enough for 100+ Servers or For ur Servers

You need a deducated server and good virtualisation.
You can buy a dedicated server or make one.
If you are already going to buy one, you'd be better off just buying a VPS.
If you want to start your own hosting, then I don't think leeching off another site is the best idea.
For hosting any kind of server OVH is excellent.
