I really really want to Ad my server and want to get people and i can't what i need to apply to get access
to post my server

Atleast you need 15 rep, if you can advertisement to your server.

Actually, I think that you and your server is dead. With your gramamr, I think that nobody will join your server. Btw, you need 15 reputation points to post a server advertisment. Goodluck!
