YSI Error: INI_Open could not find or create file - _GHT_MarK445 - 28.01.2015

Hi guys, I used the Admin System, from this forum on my server, and when i registered this error appeared in the console.

YSI Error: INI_Open could not find or create file

I dont know what to do now, I used the "GiDaN Admin System".

create the required files and folders in your scriptfiles folder.
