ONTOPIC: a friend of mine as got the same issue with windows 7 creating, 2 folders (GTA San Andreas User Files) and i don't really think they is away on fixing it unless you upgrade windows.

Just to add something i got a problem after i changed back to 0.3z RC2 from 0.3.7 Rc 1 i couldn't join any server each time server didn't respond so i am forced to use 0.3z simple RC1

Yeah GamerX Turkey was not even made in 2011 it was during the ddos attacks on GamerX when it was offline for two weeks.
They took advantage of the situation...

Anyways back to the topic, try installing GTA SA in program files not program files (86) i have never had this issue before but as i said friend of mine did fixed it by installing it into program files.
