Connecting roads perfectly in SAMP map construction - Primard - 28.01.2015

I don't know if this is the appropriate forum, please do tell me if this is the wrong forum/section to post my problem/question.
Here is my problem/question: How do I connect roads perfectly without a part of the road a little off the formation?
