FPS: I don't think you can even calculate that on the SA-MP server side.

As for the Exceptions, It looks like your Folder is "Read Only", or it doesn't actually exist meaning the SA-MP client can't write the screenshot .png file to the folders its trying to get.

Use same resolution ingame as that of desktop to fix the Unable to take screenshot error.

Does that happen too often ? If not, probably you used invalid characters or too long string in announcement.

That happens to me a lot while I'm playing A/D, The game will crash after some of these errors, other than that, there's nothing to worry about

The problem is it crashes after it happens.
