[HELP] strange problem - Luca12 - 25.01.2015

Sometimes on server is happens that on map all disapear then appear I mean on icons map and players and everything there's no map icon on map then again is here and also for players there disapear then again apear if you know what I mean? What could cause that some lag or ? Thanks
