Samp_India - 25.01.2015
My question is :
What is the minimum amount that can be sent through western union money transfer?
Some say its 30 USD but I would like to get a correct answer from someone who is using WU.
And Also do they charge a fee for transfering money? if yes , how much is it ?
Thanks in advance.

Actually there is no minimum amount, you can send $1.00 USD if you are willing to pay the $7.00 USD service fee.

Paypal sucks nowdays, because of the staff team, if a scammer opens a dispute, he gets all his money no matter how much proof you give, well I used WU a bunch of times, you can send as much as you wish but the fees are a bitch, other than that, I always receive my money.

You can try using a VPN to make paypal?
For example Cyberghost VPN or w/e
****** it, it works
Not sure if you can add bank details or something to it though, paypal is allowed in my country.

depending on the sending and receiving country, and the amount of the payment.
Moneygram payments here start with 5$ for payments less than 100$.
btw if the problem is with paypal because it is banned in pakistan, use skrill
https://www.skrill.com
All countries, credit cards, bank accounts are supported.
