Maybe not bug, but important - DisableRemoteVehicleCollisions - Midzi - 25.01.2015

Hi all.

I don't know is that a bug, but that is very important.

When we turn off collisions of vehicles on the race - the camera should not interfere with another vehicle.
Currently, there is an effect as if the camera.. descend safely to the vehicle (such as pass under the bridge).
