Map Construction .. MTA does not sync with the new objects, the program of JerneljL it automatically adapts . That should use.

I dont think mta has SAMP's objects. The one they added in samp releases and not in the physical gta copy itself. JernejL's however does.

Surely both errors are the same, use an older version or update your drivers and resolution.
