Map Construction tool doesn't launch - SyCHO - 24.01.2015

Please help me!
I've been using the map construction tool now for 2years but i've bought a new computer (w7) and it seems like i have a problem with using it :/
everytime i click on it (attempt to launch) it gives me an error about the graphic card.
But my card graphic is fine and all games working i even tried like 3 versions including THIS but NONE have worked and ****** isn't helping at all.. please help me?

I had the same problem. I tried MTA Map Editor and it worked perfect. Try using MTA Map Editor. If you already did, then, I don't know what's the problem.

i've Used MTA before, and to be honest the map construction is much better and easier..
Any other suggestions? please
