I've tried to restart the server with the latest 0.37 server package and I haven't got any crash at all.
I'm using windows 7 64 bit.

I am on Windows 8.1, this dosen't happen. It's something wrong with your Script or Client.

I think that's related to RemoveBuildingForPlayer

I would avoid using gmx always best to completely restart.

I never gmx servers with players online, if i dont restart via the shell, I'll run a loop and kick all of the players, make sure theres no players online, then gmx the server.

If you mean server crash after two fast GMX's thats nothing new...its like that since 0.3a (as far as i know...)
