0.2x Windows Server problem - ForceFive - 22.11.2008

I Dont know if the windows server link is just corrupt or something but when ever i seem to download it i only get the announce.exe and server.exe This only started happening since this morning it worked fine yesterday and all other version but it just says like "Files are corrupt" Bla bla I know i'm so great at detail like wtf? Whats wrong? Am i just stupid? (Yes)
