Graphics Cards Removal. -

Hey guys, i was just wondering, IF i remove my graphics card, and place the same one back in would i still need to install the drivers with the CD?

Obviously, no.
Do you think your drivers will be deleted, pc turned off, when you just unplug a hardware?

Thanks, but im installing the EXACT same type of card, its just a new one.

Well, maybe it's the same model but some things changed, so you might install a new driver. But don't install drivers from cd (from new gpu), just go download the latest version.

Thanks, its cause i lost my CD lol :P Where would i download the drivers?

We wouldn't know without you telling us what graphics card you're getting/putting in.

Everytime you put in a new card you should install new drivers to make sure everything re-configures correctly. + you should update your drivers whenever new versions are out to max out the preformance of your PC
